I usually have egg beaters or greek yogurt for breakfast; a light string cheese for a snack; chicken & mozzarella cheese heated with a tablespoon each of salsa and sour cream for lunch; light string cheese for afternoon snack; and some type of protein for dinner (tuna, ground turkey, chicken, etc.). I have kept up with this diet for a year now and have lost 131 pounds. Check out my blog for other ideas on what has worked for me.Dawn Spraguehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08228921549770979312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5363874829707470918.post-46448982815768031992012-02-16T09:22:42.594-08:002012-02-16T09:22:42.594-08:00This comment has been removed by the author.Hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09033004355743449749noreply@blogger.com
